Dr. Cengiz Barskanmaz ist Wissenschaftliches Mitglied des Max-Planck-Instituts für Sozialanthropologie am Lehrstuhl „Recht und Anthropologie“. Forschungsbereiche: Verfassungsrecht und Völkerrecht, Menschenrechte, Race, Intersektionalität, rechtliche Ethnografie. Seine Publikationen umfassen u. a. Framing Race and Law in Europe (Völkerrechtsblog 2017), und Rasse – Unwort des Antidiskriminierungsrechts? (Kritische Justiz 2011).
