European Parliament resolution of 5 July 2012 on violence against lesbian women and the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) persons in Africa

The European Parliamant adopted on 5th of July a resolution on violence against lesbian women and the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) persons in Africa. Specified therein is the situation in Kamerun, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, South Africa, Swasiland and Uganda. Urged is that the European Commission and the Memberstates have to do more for the support of LGBTI-Organizations in Africa.
