About 30.000 women and girls have been abducted by the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) in Uganda up until 2011. They were abused as cheap workers, as girl wifes and as combattants. Now, they struggle to reintegrate into Ugandan society.

Not only uncovered posttraumatic stress disorders, such as nightmares and panic attacs, but also the missing acceptance and the mistrust of their communities and families push the women on the brink of their existence.
