Frances Roberts-Gregory

Frances Roberts-Gregory is a feminist political ecologist and ecowomanist ethnographer from the East Coast of the United States. She is also a postdoctoral fellow at Northeastern University and a former project manager for the Deep South Center for Environmental Justice in New Orleans, Louisiana. Frances’ doctoral research explores women of color’s strategies of resistance against state-corporate environmental crime, as well as their solutions for climate justice. Frances is a co-founding member of the Feminist Agenda for a Green New Deal and Switzer Environmental Fellow. In her spare time, she enjoys vegan cooking, salsa dancing, roller skating, and urban gardening.
