The Obama administration announced on Tuesday last week that the United States would use
all the tools of American diplomacy to promote LGBT rights around the world. In a memorandum, Barack Obama and in a speech of Hillary Clinton at the UN Human Rights Council last week, they declared to actively combat efforty by other nations that criminalize LGBTs and their rights.
