Turkish Constitutional Court rules in favour of religious marriages

The Turkish Constitutional Court has come to a controversial decision in ruling that religious marriages need not to be legally binding civil marriages in order to become recognized by the state, prompting Human Rights organizations to fear for the rights of women and children in the country.
